Shipping :
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing high demand, delivery times may be extended by a few days to weeks. Please allow for extra transit time. Should there be a prolonged delay in your shipment, we will reach out to you via email or phone.
If there are additional shipping charges for your order it will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Refunds & Exchange Policy :
At W- Legacy Designs, we are proud to offer handmade, custom-tailored bridal robes to our valued customers. To ensure that each and every customer is satisfied with their purchase, we have implemented the following return and exchange policy.
Given the custom nature of our bridal robes, returns for refunds or exchanges are not accepted on any of our robes. We understand that purchasing a bridal robe is a significant investment, and we take pride in offering you the highest quality of service. We will evaluate every situation case by case.

Damage and Issues via Shipping :
Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. W-Legacy Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Contact us within 24 hours at hello@wlegacydesigns.com and we will do our best to help you troubleshoot.
